The multi-jurisdictional T3 Team is exploring telework and workplace technologies and sharing what they learn. The Team was the Steering Committee for the Telework Pilot Project. The team is also a liaison and resource
for Telework Kitsap.

The Kitsap Regional Coordinating Council's State Funded Telework Pilot Project ran from May 2008 to June 2009. The project team presented a Report to the State Legislature of what was learned, as well as developed a Telework Toolkit that includes everything an employer needs to know to launch and operate a successful telework program, and everything an employee needs to know be a successful teleworker.

Launching January 2011, Telework Kitsap builds on the momentum of the Telework Pilot Project and the knowledge gained in developing the Telework Toolkit. Monthly e-newsletters and a regularly updated web-page are a resource for potential and existing teleworkers, management, HR and IT professionals, and the telework advocacy community.
