Harnessing new technologies to increase organizational flexibility, streamline business practices, increase resilience (Disaster Preparedness & Continuation of Operations), create cost efficiencies and meet the changing needs and desires of our customers was the subject of the 2012 Techno-Tools Event Series hosted by KRCC.

Applicable to public agencies, private-business
and non-profit organizations, the series shared information - including an overview, business and legal requirements, financial implications, and examples of implementation- with management and other appropriate staff, and offer tools help you adapt and adopt key business practices.
