The Kitsap Regional Coordinating Council (KRCC) welcomes citizen participation. Various avenues for communicating with the Council are outlined below. Further information about the Council is contained on the pages of this website. If you can't find what you are looking for, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

KRCC Mailing List

To receive public notice emails from KRCC please contact Vicky Clarke (vicky@kitsapregionalcouncil.org) or call 360.377.4900.

Formal Public Comment

Citizen Comment (up to three [3] minutes) is accepted at every Executive Board Meeting - at the beginning of each meeting, and again at the end as time permits.

If you wish to make public comment, please arrive a few minutes ahead of the meeting and sign up at the back of the room (sign-in sheets are located at the table immediately inside the right-hand entrance to the meeting chambers).

Alternatively, if you do not wish to speak in front of the Board, you may bring sufficient copies (we recommend twenty [20]) of written comment to the Board meeting and it will be distributed to Board Members present.

Open Public Meetings

Citizens are welcome to attend and observe the following KRCC Committee meetings:

Executive Committee     view meeting details

Transportation Policy Committee     view meeting details

PSRC Coordination Calls     view telcon details

The Meeting Dates page of our website lists the upcoming date of each of these committee meetings. For an overview of the KRCC Board and Committee Structure, click here.

Written Public Comment

Citizens are welcome to communicate with our Board Members directly. Click here for our roster of current Board Members.

Written Comment may be included in the Executive Board Meeting Packet if it is received two weeks prior to the Board Meeting date. If received later, staff may forward the comment directly on to Board Members via email, and/or include it in the next scheduled Board Meeting Packet.

As noted above, members of the public are welcome to bring written comments to Board meetings for distribution to Board Members present at that meeting.
