The Collaborative Strategies Program brings together leaders from all the different Kitsap public taxing districts - fire, school, library, transit, water, health, sewer and parks & recreation - as well as the Cities, County, and Tribes - to find opportunities to work together, share resources, improve efficiency and conserve taxpayer dollars.
