The Kitsap Regional Coordinating Council's Executive Board is the adminstrator and decision-making Board for two low-income housing grant programs: the Homeless Housing Grant Program and the Affordable Housing Grant Program. The Council collaborates with Kitsap's Continuum of Care Coalition in setting priorities for both of these programs. The Council is also the decision-making Board for the federal Community Development Block Grant Program (countywide except the City of Bremerton, which operates its own program). The CDBG Program is administered by Kitsap County and provides grants to support low income housing and community services. For more information, visit the Kitsap County Block Grant Program.
