The Executive Board of Directors of the Kitsap Regional Coordinating Council is comprised of elected officials from its member agencies:

• Kitsap County: All 3 Commissioners
• City of Bremerton: Mayor + 2 Councilmembers
• City of Bainbridge Island: Mayor + 1 Councilmember
• City of Poulsbo: Mayor
  
• City of Port Orchard: Mayor + 1 Councilmember
• Suquamish Tribe: 1 Councilmember
• Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribe: 1 Councilmember
• Port of Bremerton: 1 Commissioner
• Naval Base Kitsap: 1 Senior Officer

Each member agency except the County selects an alternate to its representatives on the Executive Board. Councilmember terms are 2 years.

Executive Board Meetings are typically held the fourth Tuesday of the month from 10am-12noon in the Main Meeting Chamber on the lobby level of the Norm Dicks Government Center: 345 6th Street, Bremerton.
