In July of 2005, the Kitsap Government Forum determined to better communicate their vision of
effective and efficient government service to the citizens of Kitsap County. The Speakers Bureau
was organized to describe how Kitsap's public agencies are working together to solve the common
challenges of transportation, economic growth, housing and land use, as well as important
legislative issues. Through the Speakers Bureau, civic groups can schedule panel discussions
on regional coordination programs, request a speaker to address their organization, or simply
order a short DVD to address the topic of public agencies working together to better serve
Kitsap County.
