KRCC Transportation Committees Collaboration on Kitsap's transportation planning is a primary responsibility among the Council's member agencies. In addition, the Council is responsible for allocating certain federal transportation funds to projects within Kitsap County. To accomplish this, the Kitsap Regional Coordinating Council has evolved and adopted a Transportation Program Structure. KRCC Transportation Program Structure Transportation Program Chart The Transportation Program relies on two established transportation committees: The Transportation Policy Committee (TransPOL) includes representatives from each of the Council's member agencies, representatives to the Puget Sound Regional Council and Peninsula Regional Transportation Planning Organization and Kitsap Transit. This committee usually meets monthly and makes recommendations to the full Kitsap Regional Coordinating Council Board for review and action. 2011 KRCC Transportation Policy Committee Roster 2012 KRCC Transportation Policy Committee Contact Information
