Structure
The Executive Board of Directors of the Kitsap Regional Coordinating Council is comprised of elected officials from its member agencies:

  • Kitsap County: Commissioners Garrido, Rolfes, and Walters

  • City of Bainbridge Island: Mayor Deets and Councilmember Hytopoulos

  • City of Bremerton: Mayor Wheeler, Councilmember Chamberlin, and Councilmember Coughlin

  • City of Poulsbo: Mayor Erickson and Councilmember Stern

  • City of Port Orchard: Mayor Putaansuu and Councilmember Trenary (Alternate: Councilmember Worden)

  • Suquamish Tribe: Council Chair Forsman (Alternate: Council Member Mills)

  • Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribe: Council Chair Caldera

  • Kitsap Transit: Director Clauson

  • Port of Bremerton: Commissioner Strakeljahn (Alternates: Commissioner Anderson and Commissioner Bozeman)

  • Port of Kingston: Commissioner McClure (Alternate: Commissioner Heacock)

  • Naval Base Kitsap: Captain Hale (Alternate: Allison Satter & Anna Whalen)

Each member agency except the County can select an alternate to its representatives on the Executive Board. 


Executive Committee
The Executive Committee is a small steering committee that prepares for Executive Board meetings. The Executive Committee is chosen by the KRCC Chair on an annual basis. For 2024, the Executive Committee is comprised of:

  • Kitsap County Commissioner Katie Walters

  • City of Bremerton Mayor Greg Wheeler

  • City of Poulsbo Mayor Becky Erickson

When: First Tuesday of the month. Please confirm the meeting date by checking the calendar.
Where: Meetings are being held as hybrid meetings virtually via Zoom and in-person in the Main Meeting Chamber on the lobby level of the Norm Dicks Government Center: 345 6th Street, Bremerton.
